Denise Karbon (born August 16, 1980) is an Italian Alpine skier.

Denise Karbon debuted in Alpine Skiing World Cup in 1998, while the following year she was Junior World Champion. She won a total of three World Cup giant slalom, in 2003 at Alta Badia and, in late 2007, at Sölden and Panorama. She has also obtained a total of other 6 podium placements. In 2003 she won a silver medal at the World Championships in Giant Slalom.
